EF504 - How Sweet It Is

I have been ordering from you for sometime now… atleast 3-4 years and I’ve noticed the last 2 orders have been disappointing. Smaller arrangement, smaller and cheaper vase and lower quality flowers. That’s unfortunate since you used to be my florist of choice.

I wanted a cheerful and robust flower bouquet to send my Mom on her 81st Birthday. I chose a beautiful bouquet full of colour and delight. It was delivered to her with surprise and amazement! The bouquet was stunningly gorgeous as she described it! Of course, I was delighted. They did an amazing job!

My mom received these flowers for her birthday. And she called to say how much she loved them and how beautiful they are. 

didn’t like the packaging at all

The vase was not at all as the description
A lot more green leaves on the arrangement than the description
Didn’t get the quality as such for the money paid. Have ordered previously twice which were of good quality but this arrangement was a let down
