Nice flowers but....

The flowers were nice for my cousin but... when I saw the ribbon on the flowers done in a black marker my heart fell to my stomach I was so upset and angry especially when Euro flowers new the printer wasn't working I even offered to pay extra for the ribbon when I called! shame on you Euro flowers you should have told me this on the phone!!!! You will not get my business again or any of my family!!
