Friendly staff

Ordered a big bouquet of flowers for Valentine's Day. Staff were friendly and helpful, but the flowers themselves were, frankly, the worse for wear. Store was not able to meet the high demand of the day with sufficient fresh product. Past-prime quality of the product was not reflected in the price. Situation may be different on a less high-volume day than V-Day.
